The house is divided into three parts. This makes the house ideal for multiple families or large families. The ground floor gives you access to all three parts of the house, allowing you to spend time with everybody. You can enjoy fancy dinners, read, and play board games in one of three nicely decorated living rooms.
Each part of the house has its own staircase, which grants you privacy. Spacious bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, allow you to enjoy some alone time.
You enter the house's 'tower'. The ground floor contains a big kitchen with all the necessary equipment, including a big stove. A big dining and relaxing area with a television completes the first living room of our vacation home. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a storage space that offers room for a washing machine and a dryer.
The staircase leads to the master bedroom. You'll find a toilet between the ground and the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor is very spacious. It has a sofa, a television, and a desk to do work. The master bedroom also has a fireplace, a king-sized bed, and lots of closet space. On the first floor, you'll also find a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet. Another staircase leads to a bedroom on the second floor. You'll find another toilet between the first and the second floor. The bedroom on the second floor is very spacious and sleeps up to four people. There is a king-sized bed as well as two comfortable sofa beds. The bedroom offers magnificent views of the Tuscan hills. You'll also find a small bathroom with a shower on the second floor.
The house's second part is the middle and smallest of the three. It is ideal for a couple. The ground floor has a small kitchen, a sofa, and a small dining table. A staircase leads to the first floor, which contains a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a great view. Next, you'll find a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and separate shower.
The third part of the house is very light and spacious. It has lovely glass patio doors to the terrace. The ground floor offers a big sofa with a television, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the first floor, which contains two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first spacious bedroom has an open connection with the living room on the first floor. It has a king-sized bed and a sofa. The other bedroom is less spacious but offers lots of closet space and a king-sized bed. One of the bathrooms has a shower, and the other has a bathtub. Both bathrooms include a toilet.
Situated just outside of Lucca (20 minutes), close to Pisa (35 minutes), Florence (50 minutes), and the sea (45 minutes), with a supermarket 10 minutes away.
